1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These are the General Terms and Conditions (“GTaC”) of Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop.

These GTaC shall apply to all purchases and sales agreements entered into by Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop and its customers through the adamadapter.com website (“the Website”). Without accepting these terms and conditions, no products can be purchased.

2. PURCHASES
2.1 The purchasing process
You can place an order on the Website by clicking on “Add to Cart” for all desired items, which will place them in your Shopping Cart. You may then inspect your Shopping Cart and make any changes necessary. Colours of the original product can be slightly different than the colours on the screen. Only one discount code or voucher per order is allowed. Once the Shopping Cart corresponds with your wishes, you may click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button, which will generate an electronic order form listing the desired items. Upon completion of the order form, including payment details, you will be transferred to a secure environment to finalize the financial transaction. This will complete your order.

2.2 The sale and purchase agreement
Upon processing your order, the Website will send you an email confirmation. The sale and purchase agreement is concluded from the moment this email is sent and shall be deemed to be concluded in The Netherlands.

2.3 Refusing a transaction
Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop reserves the right to refuse any transaction or service at its sole discretion at any time.

2.4 Delivery
The Webshop delivers to customers within the European Union. Orders from outside this territory may be possible but can require special delivery conditions and costs.

3. PRICES AND INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE
3.1 Listed prices
All prices on the Website are in euros and include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. The total price shown during checkout includes shipping costs. Prices are subject to change at any time. Additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply depending on local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

3.2 Price changes
Price changes do not affect an already confirmed order.

3.3 Information
While all information is provided with care, Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop does not guarantee its accuracy.

3.4 Incorrect information
Orders placed on the basis of incorrect information are not binding.

The Website may contain links to third-party sites. Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop is not responsible for their content.

4. PAYMENT
Payments can be made using the methods shown during checkout. Payment will be processed when the order is accepted by Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop. Payment data is processed through secure SSL connections.

5. DELIVERY
Delivery times shown on the Website are indicative. Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop is not liable for delays caused by suppliers or carriers.

6. PRIVACY
Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop respects your privacy. Your information is used only to process your order and to inform you about products and updates. See the Privacy Policy on the Website.

7. LIABILITY
The liability of Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop is limited to the amount paid for the product. The Webshop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND FORUM
Dutch law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop chooses otherwise.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property on this Website and all products and designs belong exclusively to Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop. No content may be copied or used without prior written permission.

 

1. ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN
Dit zijn de Algemene Voorwaarden (“AV”) van Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop.

Deze AV zijn van toepassing op alle koop- en verkoopovereenkomsten die zijn aangegaan door Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop en haar klanten via de adamadapter.com-website (“de Website”). Zonder in te stemmen met deze voorwaarden kunt u geen producten kopen.

2. AANKOPEN
2.1 Het aankoopproces
U kunt een bestelling plaatsen op de Website door op de productpagina’s van alle gewenste artikelen op de knop ‘Add to Cart’ te klikken, waardoor deze in uw Winkelwagen worden geplaatst. U kunt vervolgens uw Winkelwagen controleren en eventuele wijzigingen aanbrengen. Kleuren van het originele product kunnen iets afwijken van de kleuren op het scherm. Per bestelling kan maximaal één kortingscode of waardebon worden gebruikt. Wanneer uw Winkelwagen naar wens is, klikt u op ‘Proceed to Checkout’. Na het invullen van het bestelformulier en betalingsgegevens wordt u doorgestuurd naar een beveiligde omgeving om de betaling te voltooien. Daarna is uw bestelling definitief.

2.2 De koop- en verkoopovereenkomst
Na verwerking van uw bestelling ontvangt u een bevestiging per e-mail. De koop- en verkoopovereenkomst komt tot stand op het moment dat deze e-mail wordt verzonden en wordt geacht in Nederland te zijn afgesloten.

2.3 Weigering transactie
Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop behoudt zich het recht voor om een transactie of dienstverlening te weigeren naar eigen inzicht.

2.4 Levering
De Website levert aan klanten binnen de Europese Unie. Bestellingen van buiten dit gebied zijn mogelijk, maar kunnen onderhevig zijn aan speciale verzendvoorwaarden en kosten.

3. Prijsinformatie

3.1 Vermelde prijzen
De op de Website vermelde prijzen zijn in euro’s en inclusief btw, maar exclusief verzendkosten. De totaalprijs tijdens het afrekenen is inclusief verzendkosten. Eventuele invoerrechten, belastingen of andere lokale kosten zijn voor rekening van de klant.

3.2 Prijsveranderingen
Prijswijzigingen hebben geen invloed op reeds bevestigde bestellingen.

3.3 Informatie
Hoewel alle informatie met zorg is samengesteld, kan Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop de juistheid ervan niet garanderen.

3.4 Onjuiste informatie
Bestellingen die zijn geplaatst op basis van onjuiste informatie zijn niet bindend.

3.5 Externe links
De Website kan links bevatten naar websites van derden. Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop is niet verantwoordelijk voor de inhoud daarvan.

4. BETALING
Betaling kan worden uitgevoerd via de betaalmethoden die tijdens het afrekenen worden weergegeven. De betaling wordt verwerkt zodra de bestelling is geaccepteerd door Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop. Betalingsgegevens worden via een beveiligde SSL-verbinding verwerkt.

5. LEVERING
De op de Website vermelde levertijden zijn indicatief. Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop is niet aansprakelijk voor vertragingen die worden veroorzaakt door leveranciers of vervoerders.

6. PRIVACY
Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop respecteert uw privacy. 8. VAN TOEPASSING ZIJNDE WETGEVING EN FORUM
Op alle transacties is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Een eventueel geschil met betrekking tot een koop- en verkoopovereenkomst waarop deze AV van toepassing zijn, wordt voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechtbank in Nederland, tenzij Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop ervoor kiest het geschil voor te leggen aan de bevoegde rechtbank in de woonplaats van de koper.

9. INTELLECTUEEL EIGENDOM
Het intellectueel eigendom op deze Website en alle producten, ontwerpen en materialen die daarop worden aangeboden berust uitsluitend bij Adam Adapter | Unlimited Webshop. Niets daarvan mag geheel of gedeeltelijk worden gebruikt, gekopieerd of gereproduceerd zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming.
